Turkey in December: Coastal Weather, Sea and Where to Go
December on the Turkish coast is a winter break. Choose comfortable indoor space, practical transport and places you want to explore; if you are travelling over Christmas or New Year, confirm the event and dining arrangements separately.
Weather: Antalya as a defined coastal reference
MGM’s Antalya observations for 1930–2025 give a December average daily high of 16.7°C, an average daily low of 7.7°C and average monthly rainfall of 250.9 mm. These are historical air and rainfall statistics for Antalya. They are not a forecast, sea temperatures or a weather table for the whole of Turkey.

Read the festive booking terms

Make the town and hotel carry the trip

If your dates are flexible, compare November and January. Keep the same departure airport, stay length, board basis and room type in your price comparison. A different package is not evidence that one month is always cheaper.
